As a lifelong athlete, with 10+ years of experience in fitness and four years of experience as a Division I athlete, Leah brings a unique perspective to clients. Leah believes that the balance between effort and ease is necessary to reaching goals, whether that is deepening your yoga practice, tapping into the joy and power of running, or both.
Leah’s hybrid approach to running and yoga stems from her personal healing journey through accessing both modalities to find freedom, clarity, strength and release.

We start by identifying goals, addressing your mental barriers, and tapping into the strength of establishing a supportive belief system in self.

Next, we will tap into the physical body through running and yoga, uncovering the strongest, most resilient version of you through a symbiotic blending of each modality.

Tying it all together — the breath. Both mentally and physically, the breath will guide you towards your highest, strongest self, both on the mat, during your mileage, and in your everyday life.
